This meditation gathering is a powerful way to raise your spirits. A time for reflection and a peaceful place to clarify your thoughts.
Sunday mornings: an hour of mystical music, guided meditation and a unique form of non-linear, yogic "dialogue" sharing.

As a companion practice, you may also wish to work outside the sessions with the 365 day inspirational journal called "Practice the Presence". The journal is available through the Centre office. Contact us to arrange how to get your copy.
