Sharing Circle - (by "Spirit Circles" on Zoom)
A mid week sharing circle to lift your spirits! One hour of conversation, followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation to calm your mind before sleep.
Spirit Circles offers this safe and confidential platform of connection, to allow participants to identify their feelings, to express themselves fully and to experience listening deeply through Spirit. The sharing Circle invites us to learn from each other and to develop strong relationships, built on trust and acceptance. Expressing what is in our hearts and minds is a simple, profoundly powerful tool of support. Everyone is welcome.
